In recent days China Southern Airlines and Airports of Rome announced the launch of a new link, operational from 16 December 2015, between the’Rome Fiumicino airport and Guangzhou via Wuhan, too.
“The inauguration of this new line will connect eventually the richest area of China (Guangdong) with Italy, and will create new opportunities for policy exchange, economy and culture between China and Italy.” Explains a note of ADR.
Flight CZ645 will depart from Guangzhou at 21.30 every Monday,, Wednesday and Friday, landing in Wuhan at 23.25 and then in Rome at 06.15. Your return flight, CZ646, take off from Rome at 12.35 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, landing in Wuhan at 06.25 the next day, and finally reaching Guangzhou at 09.45. (All times given in local time zone).
The route will be covered by a Airbus A330-200 configured into four classes: economy, premium economy, business and first class.
Rome became the first destination served by China Southern in southern Europe, supplementing the existing bid for Paris, Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Istanbul.
