Wizz Air announced the opening of the new route between Chisinau and l’airport of Bergamo Orio al Serior, that will be operational starting from 2 November 2014.
The new link will have biweekly frequency and will be conducted on Mondays and Fridays. Bergamo Orio al Serio is the third Wizz Air destination offers from Moldova.
“Wizz Air started flying from the capital of Moldova only nine months ago, transporting 45 thousand passengers on routes to Rome Ciampino airport and Venice Treviso,” said Daniel Carvalho, marketing and communication manager of Wizzair. “This confirms the success of low cost air transport between Moldova and Italy. The new link with Orio al Serio will provide a new impetus to relations between the two countries, providing new, profitable opportunities for business tourism, work or family reasons.”
