Bombardier today announced all’Paris Air Show le Bourget that SWISS, launch customer of the aircraft C Series, converted ten of its 30 firm orders for aircraft CS100 in firm orders for the largest aircraft Cs300. The original agreement for 30 CS100 airplanes had been announced by Deutsche Lufthansa AG in 2009.
“With its size and low operating costs, CS300 aircraft ideally complements our fleet of CS100 with the rest of the European fleet,” said Harry Hohmeister, Ceo of SWISS. “With both versions of the new C Series aircraft can be highly flexible in adapting the ability to question in our European routes.”
