Qatar Airways and Swizz Beatz launch “Creative 100” global culture and art platform
Qatar Airways unveiled the “Creative 100” initiative, which it is launching in partnership with Grammy-winning music producer and entrepreneur Swizz Beatz.
Through the “Creative 100” Qatar Airways aims to annually celebrate 100 influential people who are shaping global culture across art, design, music, fashion, sports, and technology.
The Qatari flag carrier will leverage Swizz Beatz experience as the founder of The Dean Collection, the renowned art collective he leads together with his wife, Grammy-winning R&B singer and songwriter Alicia Keys.
Since its foundation in 2014, The Dean Collection has supported both emerging and established contemporary artists by building a significant art collection, running a “No Commission Art Fair” which returns 100% of the revenue from its sales to artists, providing direct grants, and helping artists showcase their works in the relevant art institutions.
Swizz BeatzThis partnership between Qatar Airways and Sizz Beatz was announced during the Art Basel Paris art fair, which took place in the French capital, October 24-26, 2025.
The first batch of personalities to be part of the “Creative 100” has already been announced and it includes South African DJ and producer Black Coffee, Olympic fencing champion and style innovator Miles Chamley-Watson, the CEO of Danish premium electronics brand Bang & Olufsen Kristian Teär, the co-founder of the AMBUSH fashion brand Yoon Ahn, Ferrari’s Chief Design Officer Flavio Manzoni, sculptor Kennedy Yanko, visual artist Patrick Eugene and the Jewelry Director of the Dior Homme fashion house.
The idea underlying this project is that “Creative 100” will be a long-running platform, the first of its sort according to its proponents, which becomes a global cultural phenomenon in its own right and contributes to shaping the global discourse in the world of the arts and creation.
The launch event in Paris will be followed by a flagship gala in February 2026 at the Art Basel Doha art fair, which will honor the first 100 creators to be recognized.
Qatar Airways will also support this initiative through other public outreach actions. These will include the organization of additional events to be held in Miami, Hong Kong and Basel in partnership with The Dean Collection, the release of a dedicated digital platform with content about the “Creative 100” and exclusive experiences for the carrier’s Privilege Club loyalty program members.
The two partners will also launch a number of collaborative art projects which will include the painting of two special liveries, dedicated to F1 racing and the FIFA World Cup 2026 respectively, on as many Qatar Airways’ aircraft.
The first of these liveries, celebrating Qatar Airways’ global partnership with Formula 1 racing, was unveiled in parallel to the “Creative 100” announcement, and it will adorn the fuselage of one of Qatar Airways’ Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
