Snowbirds preparing to depart from Kamloops
The Canadian Snowbirds aerobatic team is preparing to depart Kamloops Airport, three months after the fatal crash of a CT-114 from the team.
Airport manager Ed Ratuski says the jets are expected to leave next week but the plan is changing day-to-day.
Snowbirds public affairs officer Lt. Becky Major said there are “still things that need to be signed off” before the pilots can bring the aircraft out of Kamloops.
