BAE Systems introduces new name for airline avionics support at MRO Europe
Against the backdrop of MRO Europe 2025 in London, BAE Systems introduced a new title for its commercial avionics repair and support segment.
On October 15, 2025, Jack Stevens, the Vice President and General Manager of Controls and Avionics Solutions at BAE Systems, introduced Horizon Solutions Aftermarket Services and Support.
BAE Systems said that the new name reflects its “commitment to innovation and growth to meet the industry’s evolving demands”.
Under the new product, BAE Systems customers can now take advantage of an expanded catalog that includes:
Flexible trade-in programs that make updates or replacements easier
Overhaul offerings that extend equipment life and performance
Package reliability upgrades to increase fleet uptime
Fleet harmonization programs to help streamline inventory and reduce costs
“We are building on our customers’ trust by anticipating their future needs and expanding capabilities to meet them. This is about more than the way we talk about our products; it’s a reflection of our commitment to staying one step ahead for our valued clients,” said Stevens.
AeroTimeStevens was joined by US team members including the Director of Services and Support, Andrea Davis.
According to BAE Systems, the company delivers customized engineering, maintenance, and repair services, in support of more than 600 operators and 33,000 aircraft around the globe.
