Embraer and Republic Airways sign renewed E-Jets maintenance agreement
Embraer and US operator Republic Airways have signed a new long-term maintenance agreement to service the airline’s fleet of over 240 E170 and E175 jets.
On October 16, 2025, Embraer confirmed it will continue to provide heavy maintenance for the aircraft after first linking up with Republic Airways in 2011.
The aircraft will be serviced at Embraer’s Services & Support facilities in Nashville, Tennessee, in a continuation of the previous agreement.
“We are very excited to extend our relationship with Republic Airways. This renewed agreement reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services to our customers. We will continue to prioritize safety and quality for Republic Airways and all our customers across the United States,” said Frank Stevens, Vice President of MRO Services at Embraer Services & Support.
Republic Airways has completed more than 650 heavy maintenance visits and logged over 3.3 million labor hours at Embraer’s facilities in Nashville.
EmbraerThe extended agreement will cover an additional 225 heavy maintenance visits and secure three dedicated maintenance bays for Republic at Embraer Services & Support facilities, ensuring continued capacity and scheduling flexibility.
Republic Airways provides nearly 1,000 daily flights on behalf of American Eagle, Delta Connection and United Express across the US, Canada, the Caribbean and Central America.
