Emirates set to launch daily B777-300ER service between Dubai and Hangzhou
Emirates announced that it will expand its reach into eastern China with daily flights to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) starting July 30, 2025.
The new service will operate with a three-class Boeing 777-300ER, with a total capacity of 2,478 weekly seats, and is set to operate on the following schedule:
EK310 to depart Dubai 09:40 local time, to arrive Hangzhou 22:00 local time
EK311 to depart Hangzhou 00:10 local time, to land in Dubai at 04:55 local time
Hangzhou will be Emirates’ fifth mainland Chinese city destination from Dubai International Airport (DXB), joining Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport (SZX).

Hangzhou is the capital of Zhejiang Province, and is known as a hub for both e-commerce and technology. Giant e-commerce company Alibaba is based there, and the city has a growing tech and startup community.
Attraction-wise, the city boasts three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the West Lake Cultural Landscape, the Grand Canal, and the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City.
Historically, Hangzhou has been China’s center for silk production and commerce. The city has been a strategic hub along the Silk Roads since ancient times, and was visited by Venetian explorer Marco Polo in the 13th century.
