Exhibition. “Flight”
Whether you’re young or old, don’t miss the “Flight” exhibition at the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace, just outside Paris, until July 27, 2025.
From December 17, 2024 to July 27, 2025, the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace at Le Bourget is hosting the “Flight” exhibition, which, as its name suggests, focuses on all flying entities: planes, of course, helicopters, drones, but also animals such as birds, bats and so on.
The event draws parallels between animal species and flying machines, exploring the principles that govern the ability to fly. All these similarities are presented via a trail lined with devices and animations of all kinds, in which young and old alike will be delighted to take part.
“Flight” stages include Heli the bat, and an origami workshop for profiling the animals that inspired the very first aviation pioneers to design their aircraft. Not to mention the many other possibilities offered by the site, with its parts, aircraft (a Dassault Mirage recently), propellers, flight instruments and more.
For this touring exhibition (institutes in Belgium, Germany and Spain are also involved in the project), this visit to the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace is a first step that will lead to others on the European continent. First stop, Paris – Le Bourget!
Exhibition. Flight. Until July 27, 2025. Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace, Paris – Le Bourget airport, 93 352 Le Bourget.
