German Army Testing Unmanned Truck Convoys
The Bundeswehr wants to be able to put semi-automated vehicles on the road by 2031. In the future, military convoys are to cross Germany with a minimum of drivers. The technology is already being experimented with on the site of a former British Army barracks in Lower Saxony.
