Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH, con sede a Brema, ha acquisito un ulteriore 11% delle quote della società di sviluppo software bavarese blackned GmbH tramite un contratto di compravendita di azioni. Con questa acquisizione, Rheinmetall punta a controllare il 51% e quindi la maggioranza di blackned. La controllata di Rheinmetall con sede a Brema deteneva finora una partecipazione del 40% in blackned.
La transazione è ancora subordinata a diverse condizioni sospensive e necessita anche dell’approvazione del Bundeskartellamt (Autorità Federale Tedesca per la Concorrenza).
