Il 24 aprile scorso, su iniziativa dell’Ambasciata di Armenia e del Consiglio della Comunità Armena di Roma, si è svolta la cerimonia di commemorazione del Genocidio armeno nella sua 109a ricorrenza. Il primo Genocidio del XX secolo che molto poco, o pressoché nulla, sembra abbia insegnato agli uomini e agli Stati. Lodevole, peraltro, è stata la decisione a suo tempo assunta dalla Municipalità della Capitale di intitolare a quel Genocidio il giardino di Piazza Augusto Lorenzini.
