Si intende richiamare l’attenzione sul maneggio disinvolto di armi da fuoco, di qualsiasi tipo, che devono sempre essere ritenute cariche, e quindi letali. Anche quando non lo sono.

La cronaca riferisce, ancora una volta, di persone che non seguono questa regola di base e che, tra l’altro, spesso non si rendono conto (date magari da dimensioni e calibri ritenuti “piccoli”) di essere in possesso comunque di uno strumento di micidiale pericolosità.
