SWISS presents First and Business Class seats for new A350 aircraft

SWISS has presented the First and Business Class seats which will be fitted onto its new A350-900 aircraft. 

The new seats, which were presented at Zurich Airport (ZRH) on July 29, 2025, are part of the “SWISS Senses” cabin, which will be rolled out on the airline’s long-haul fleet.  

The first aircraft to be fitted with the new product will be the A350-900, the first of which will be delivered to SWISS in October 2025 and is expected to enter service in January 2026. 

The new cabins will subsequently be retrofitted into the carrier’s remaining long-haul fleet, made up of A330-300 and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. 

The “SWISS Senses” concept, which was first unveiled in March 2023, aims to provide an enhanced passenger experience across covers all four classes of service (First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy). 

SWISSThe new cabins have been designed to include the latest trends in cabin design and passenger comfort.  

For example, the new flagship First Class offers a spacious personal compartment offering total privacy thanks to its sliding doors. The pair of suites in the central part of the cabin can also be configured for two passengers travelling together. 

The choice of warm and subdued colors sprinkled with touches of wood and earthy dark gray aims to provide the passenger with a sense of elegance and sophistication. 

The Business Class cabin has also been re-designed to provide the maximum amount of privacy, with sliding doors and direct aisle access. As is the case with the First Class suites, the Business Class seats are also equipped with heating and cooling systems and wireless charging stations and a state-of-the-art entertainment system.
