MEBAA Show 2026 draws global aviation leaders as UAE market expands

World’s leading business aviation companies to join MEBAA Show 2026, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub and demonstrating the long-term confidence international businesses continue to place in the UAE

The companies shaping the future of global business aviation are choosing MEBAA Show 2026, underlining the event’s position as the Middle East’s leading business aviation exhibition and reinforcing the region’s growing importance within the global aviation industry.

Taking place from 8–10 December 2026 at DWC, Dubai Airshow Site, the 11th edition of MEBAA Show will bring together aircraft manufacturers, operators, charter companies, FBOs, MRO providers and technology innovators from more than 100 countries. Their collective presence not only reflects more than the strength of the event itself, it also demonstrates the industry’s confidence in the UAE as one of the world’s most dynamic and resilient business aviation markets.

That confidence is underpinned by the UAE’s strong economic and aviation fundamentals. The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) recently surpassed 10,000 active registered companies, with active company registrations increasing by 30% year on year, reflecting continued international investment and business confidence. Further reinforcing the sector’s momentum, the UAE surpassed 1,000 registered aircraft in July 2026, according to the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), highlighting the country’s continued growth as a global aviation hub.

Tim Hawes, Managing Director at Informa Markets, said: “The strength of this year’s exhibitor line-up sends a clear message about where the business aviation industry sees opportunity. Companies aren’t simply booking exhibition space. They’re making a strategic investment in one of the world’s most strategic aviation markets and choosing MEBAA Show as the platform to connect with customers, partners and decision-makers who matter most.

“For visitors, MEBAA Show offers unrivalled access to the companies and decision-makers shaping global business aviation. International demand is already strong, with visitor registration opening six weeks ago and almost 70% of registrations coming from international attendees, reinforcing MEBAA Show’s position as the region’s leading platform for global business aviation,” Hawes added.

The calibre of organisations exhibiting at MEBAA Show reflects the event’s reputation as the region’s premier commercial platform for business aviation. Established global leaders continue to return every two years to strengthen relationships with customers and partners, while first-time exhibitors are choosing the show as the launchpad for their regional growth strategies.

MEBAA Show is designed to facilitate high-value business connections, through the Connect networking platform and dedicated Operators Programme. Exhibitors and visitors can pre-schedule meetings with qualified decision-makers before the event, scan badges and much more.

At the previous edition, the platform enabled 1,500 business meetings and facilitated 4,193 new business connections, demonstrating MEBAA Show’s role not only as a showcase for innovation, but as a catalyst for meaningful commercial outcomes

Long-standing MEBAA member UAS International Trip Support continues to see the region as a centre for innovation, collaboration and technology-led growth.

Mohammed Husary, Founder and Executive President of UAS International Trip Support, said: “Business aviation is being reshaped by data, automation and real-time decision-making, and MEBAA Show is where the industry comes together to demonstrate what’s next. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with operators and flight departments, understand their evolving challenges and showcase the technology-led solutions that will define the future of our industry.”

Returning exhibitor Gogo Business Aviation, one of the world’s leading providers of inflight connectivity solutions, views the Middle East as a strategically important market and continues to invest in building closer relationships with operators across the region.

Dave Falberg, SVP Sales EMEA-APAC, Gogo Business Aviation, said: “MEBAA is one of the most important opportunities each year for us to strengthen relationships with our customers across the Middle East. There’s no substitute for meeting clients face-to-face to better understand their evolving needs. The Middle East is a strategically important growth market for Gogo, and we’re excited to connect with both existing and new operators to demonstrate how our complete connectivity ecosystem enables us to tailor the right solution for every aircraft and every mission.”

For PrivatPort, an international provider of ground handling, VIP passenger and crew services, MEBAA Show marks its first major industry event as a standalone business—a strategic decision that reflects both the company’s investment in Dubai and its confidence in the region’s continued growth.

Josua Hildbrand, CEO of PrivatPort, said: “The MEBAA Show will be a defining milestone for PrivatPort, marking the first official industry event at which we will exhibit as a stand-alone business. The Middle East sits at the crossroads of some of the world’s most important private aviation flows, and Dubai offers the connectivity, talent and 24/7 aviation ecosystem required to coordinate a truly global operation. This is why we chose Dubai as the home of PrivatPort’s new Operations Control Centre.”

MEBAA Show offers visitors direct access to the organisations and leaders shaping global business aviation. Alongside one of the world’s largest business aviation static displays, BizAv Talks will feature industry leaders including Kurt Edwards, Director General of IBAC; Jenny Lau, Vice Chair of Sino Jet; Nuno Pereira, Chairman & Group CEO of Bestfly; and Joanne Goodall, CEO of TAG Aviation Europe, providing valuable insights into the trends, opportunities and future of the industry.

As the Middle East continues to strengthen its role within the global economy, MEBAA Show 2026 will once again bring together the companies, technologies and leaders defining the next chapter of business aviation, reinforcing its position as the region’s leading marketplace for innovation, collaboration and commercial opportunity.
