Emirates announces return of daily services to Lagos, Nigeria from October 2024
Emirates has announced that it will return to Nigeria, with daily flight services from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) in Lagos as of October 1, 2024.
The daily flights will be serviced by the airline’s fleet of Boeing 777-300ER, offering eight First Class suites, 42 Business Class seats, and 304 seats in Economy Class.
The flights will operate on the following schedules:
EK 783 departing Dubai at 0945 local time, arriving in Lagos at 1520 local time
EK784 departing Lagos at 1730 local time, arriving in Dubai at 0510 local time the following day
“We are excited to resume our services to Nigeria. The Lagos-Dubai service has traditionally been popular with customers in Nigeria and we hope to reconnect leisure and business travelers to Dubai and onwards to our network of over 140 destinations,” Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer Adnan Kazim said in a statement.
“We thank the Nigerian government for their partnership and support in re-establishing this route and we look forward to welcoming passengers back onboard,” Kazim added.
With the resumption of operations to Nigeria, Emirates will be operating to 19 destinations in Africa, with 157 flights per week from Dubai.
