Emirates unveils more cities for retrofitted A380s, B777s, new long-range A350s

Emirates has unveiled a list of additional cities and destinations that its fleet of retrofitted A380, B777 and upcoming long-range A350 will fly to.

The Dubai-based carrier said it will roll out its refreshed A380s to:

Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) from July 2025

Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) from October 2025

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE)  from October 2025

Perth Airport (PER) from end of October 2025
Meanwhile, its upgraded Boeing 777s will fly to:

Madrid Airport (MAD) from October 2025

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) from mid-October 2025

Phuket International Airport (HKT)  from December 2025

Frankfurt Airport (FRA) from mid-December 2025

Dublin Airport (DUB) from December 2025.
Emirates said it will also receive its first long-range A350 in late 2025, which is set to make its debut in Australia with the introduction of flights to Adelaide Airport (ADL) from December 1, 2025.

Kazim continued: “The redoubling of our refurbishment programme efforts means that by the end of this year, Emirates will have established itself as one of the preeminent industry leaders offering Premium Economy seats. In the next two years, we will definitely cement our position as the industry leader in Premium Economy deployment.”

On average, it takes 22 days to retrofit an A380, and 18 days for a Boeing 777. Every month, two aircraft roll out of the program, ready for deployment to a new city, or to be layered on an existing operation sporting refurbished aircraft.

Emirates said that by the end of 2025, close to 40% of the airline’s fleet will offer its latest interiors, including Premium Economy and a refreshed Business Class cabin.
