Tecnam P-Mentor Chosen by Flight Academy of South Texas to Elevate Regional Flight Training Standards

CAPUA, Italy / SOUTH TEXAS, United States – May 12, 2026 – Tecnam is proud to announce that the Flight Academy of South Texas (FAST) has officially taken delivery of its first Tecnam P-Mentor aircraft, bringing the most advanced flight training platform to the region. Having just opened its doors in mid-January 2026, the academy is experiencing rapid growth with 20 students already enrolled, and plans are firmly in place to acquire five (5) additional P-Mentor aircraft to support this momentum.
The introduction of the Tecnam P-Mentor aligns perfectly with FAST’s mission. By providing the most modern platform available in the area, the academy ensures that students train on safe, efficient, and technologically advanced aircraft, setting a new standard for fostering the next generation of aviators in South Texas.
