Dassault Aviation and CFAI Aquitaine de Bruges (south-west France), a unit of the UIMM training center, signed a four-year partnership agreement on October 21.
The aim is to establish long-term cooperation and step up joint actions related to promoting the aeronautics industry, career appeal, training and recruitment.
Each year an action program will be established, in the form of communication activities, discussions about training courses and changes to these courses, and also pre-recruitment.
This operation underlines Dassault Aviation’s commitment to a policy that encourages the employment and integration of young talent, through support and professional training for young people, and through strengthening partnerships with the local training network.

The signing of the agreement was marked by a ceremony to officially launch the Dassault Aviation Aeronautics Vocational Baccalaureate 2026 year group for the fitter and assembler-layout mechanic careers.
Eighteen apprentices will join the Martignas and Mérignac production sites for a 24-month period, to pursue a diploma in one of the three options: Structure, Systems or Avionics.
